Twenty seven ago, I was one of the most unhappy person. I lost my father to a sudden heart attack and I didn't know what to do. I was functioning like a dead man as my world has come to a sudden halt. My reference to life was wiped out. I felt someone erased my past, present and future. It was the scariest thing I ever witnessed. I had only one question - Now what? I was not sure what and why this was happening? All I wanted to do was to take care of my Mother. Everyday she was becoming unconscious every few minutes. My body, mind and heart was frozen. I had no idea what to do and where to start.
Even coming from an orthodox Hindu family, after learning spiritual teachings, practicing rituals, listening about God and visiting sacred pilgrimages, how does one prepare and deal with such adversity in life? How do you know what to do in such moments? How do you process and handle the suffering that is in front of you? These were my challenges. To me no amount of spiritual answers, or Philosophy consoled my pain. I was seeking answers to all kinds of fundamental questions. It was only when I received my answers, my pain was appeased and I was able to come out of my suffering.
God uses when broken things very beautifully; Broken clouds pour rain, Broken soil sets as fields, Broken crop yield seeds, Broken seeds give life to new plants. So when you feel you are broken, be rest assured that God is planning to utilize you for something great.
