Are you feeling: burnt out? Stressed? Noticing irregular behaviors or strained relationships?
You are not alone.
In the spirit of building resilience among those dedicated to keeping Canadians safe, the Happyness Center, in collaboration with Volunteer Kamloops, and with support from the United Way, is very pleased to announce a FREE 12-Week Restoring Responder Resilience Workshop.
By providing personalized and holistic tools to you, this workshop will help relieve experiences of grief, trauma, anxiety and burn-out, and provide you with a sense of restored mental, physical and emotional well-being so that you can continue doing what you do best - helping those in distress. Following the completion of the workshop, you will have the tools that you need to build life-long resilience to the intense response work that you do.
Our Center is a community-based healing center that offers safe, effective and accessible holistic health services. Our dedicated practitioners from various backgrounds are inspired to share tools that will help your process of healing and help you achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being. We provide a range of wellness services to enrich, maintain, and promote your long-term health. Our wellness approach includes four domains of wellness: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.
