Led by Jo Berry and a team of coaches, RUNClub offers six clinics throughout the year for 5, 10 and 21 kilometre distances. Each clinic offers you: outstanding coaching; run/walk training; group support; personalized emails; physical and emotional fitness training and participation in RUNClub every Sunday and/or Tuesday.
